How long do custom orders take?
Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Yes. A certain number of revisions are included with your design package. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Turnaround time varies depending on the product, design complexity, quantity, and materials needed. An estimated production timeline will be provided before your order is finalized. Please keep in mind that production time does not include shipping time.
Yes. A non-refundable design deposit is required before design work or mockups begin. Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your order. Production will not begin until all required payments have been received.
7. Can I cancel my custom order?
If you need to cancel, please contact KemTaneeKreates as soon as possible. Because custom products are created specifically for you, deposits and completed design work are non-refundable. Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled.
8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact KemTaneeKreates as soon as possible so we can review the issue. Return and exchange eligibility for non-custom merchandise is subject to our store return policy.
9. How many design revisions are included?
Your custom design includes 2 complimentary revision rounds. Please submit all requested changes for each round together whenever possible. Additional revisions may require an additional design fee.
10. How should I care for my KTK apparel?
For the best results, wash apparel inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Tumble dry on low or hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over printed designs.
11. Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for select orders in the Cincinnati area. If pickup is available for your order, instructions and the pickup location will be provided after your order is confirmed. For privacy and security, pickup details are not publicly posted.
12. Can I request a rush order?
Rush orders may be available depending on the product, order size, materials, and current production schedule. Rush service is not guaranteed and may require an additional fee. Please contact KemTaneeKreates before placing a time-sensitive custom order.
13. Can you recreate a design I found online?
You’re welcome to provide inspiration or reference images to help communicate the look you’re going for. However, KemTaneeKreates will not intentionally reproduce another artist’s copyrighted artwork, logo, or design without appropriate permission. We can work with you to create an original KTK design inspired by your overall vision.
14. What happens if I order the wrong size?
Please review the size information provided on the product page before ordering. Because sizing can vary between garments, we recommend using the measurements provided rather than relying only on your usual size. Custom or personalized items generally cannot be exchanged due to an incorrectly selected size
